The class takes the work out of the workout, by mixing low-intensity & high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the latin & world rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise, super effective & fun. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance & flexibility, boosted energy & a serious dose of awesomeness each time you leave the class. We cover a wide range of different styles, from salsa to hip-hop, merengue to reggaeton, cumbia to tango to get the blood pumping & a chance to burn up to 500 calories. There really is something for everyone.
