We can cater to smaller parties on a shared basis with no hire charge. If you’re looking for exclusive venue hire we have various menu and drinks options, use of projector, theming, late license for a special night with a choice of fixed fee or minimum spend!

Shared Venue Hire

We welcome the shared hire of our wonderful location with other groups and individuals and up to a maximum number there is NO HIRE CHARGE. For groups of more than 6-10 we encourage booking in advance so we can reserve a suitable area. For mini parties/gatherings between 10 and 75 we require advance booking. We recommend additional staff are added based on numbers to maintain service levels. A nomimal charge of £20 per hour is chargeable for each additional staff member.

Exclusive Venue Hire 

For larger parties we recommend exclusive hire. This is typically only available after 7.30pm Monday to Sunday (excluding Friday), although please don’t hesitate to contact us just in case we can accommodate you!

We had an absolutely wonderful Wedding Reception at the Hogarth. The Bar looked fantastic, the food and drinks wonderful, and the whole team so friendly, helpful and efficient. As a larger venue in Chiswick, with ample parking, and privacy, I would absolutely recommend the Hogarth for any kind of special event. The outside terrace and fire pit was spectacular and all of our guests had an amazing evening. - Will A.

PRICING

We understand that there are all kinds of celebrations and offer a choice of minimum food and beverage spend or a simple room hire fee where the choice thereafter is yours.

ENTERTAINMENT 

We are able to accommodate a DJ and/or band and can offer equipment hire if needed. We will at all times retain control on music volume.

DECORATIONS

Decorations can be arranged by the club starting at £150 with a large variety of balloons and party paraphernalia. Or you can choose to decorate yourself. Due care and attention must be paid to the existing fixtures and fittings as any damage incurred will have to be paid for.

LICENSE EXTENSION

Should you wish your function to run until 1am we can apply to the Police & Council for an extension. This needs to be done 28 days BEFORE the function date and incurs an extra cost of £200. 

Party information  

• The bar layout can be changed to suit any tastes from buffet and dancing to table dining and quiet jazz. We can accommodate almost any design you wish.

 • The patio area can be used during the function, season permitting.

• Taxis can be called by our Receptionist or Duty Manager for your guests.

• Ordinarily, as we are a private members club and parking in Chiswick is limited, we charge non-members for parking. However, depending upon the size of your party and those that wish to use the car park we can arrange special car park fees.

I held my husbands birthday party at the club and was extremely impressed with the way Chanelle handled the booking. Her friendly attitude and efficiency made the whole organisation experience easy to maintain. We had around 80 guests and the service by the bar staff was excellent. The venue, decorated to our choice, lent its self to a wonderful location for a memorable evening. My thanks go out to all the staff and especially Chanelle. - Peter W

FOOD:
Under the expertise of The Airedale Cafe, a wide variety of menu options can be arranged from canape's, bowl food or a sumptuous buffet. Special dishes and vegetarian/vegan dishes are also availbale. Pricing and minimum numbers to be discussed, booked and paid for in advance.

I had my evening wedding party at The Airedale and it turned out great! The space is beautiful with fairy lights creating romantic vibe. I added a few more decorations and it looked just perfect.

We had some pre-ordered canapes and bowl food which were enjoyed by our guest but the biggest hit was the fire pit with marshmallows on the sticks!

Overall the space is great but the biggest thanks definitely goes to the manager Chanelle who has been nothing but brillant with her kind and patient approach and made every step of planning easier. Her and the team were amazing throughout the night and were just as great afterwards!

I would definitely recommend the place and dealing with Chanelle made everything so much easier. Massive thanks to her and the team! - Aleksandra V E
