NEW Hogarth Gym Challenge - 'HIIT THE WALL!'

Our Hit The Wall Fastest Lap Challenge returns for the Summer! The aim is to get around 9 obstacles as quickly as you can - A nonathon if you will! We'd expect most to finish between 15-25 minutes. The challenge includes:

1km row 

40 kettlebell sumo squats (guys 16 kilos girls 8 kilos)

40 wall throws (guys 6 kilos girls 4 kilos)

100 skips

40 kettlebell swings (guys 6 kilos girls 4 kilos)

10 rope climbs

15 leg raises

400m ski-erg

3km watt bike - 1km flat 1 km climb 1km flat.

You will make it around, the question is how quickly? Book in with a member of the gym team to take you through your paces.
