My whole life has been surrounded by sports and athletics. Growing up I played a lot of sports, football, Volleyball. Gymnastics along with track & field have created the foundation for my passion, dedication and success in athletics and fitness.

As a Finance Officer and a mother to 2 boys, I took part in many fitness classes to keep my energy up and my stress level down. I loved the buzz of the Les Mills programmes and I decided to become an Instructor and there my group fitness instructing career kicked off in September 2010. The playlist is everything to me; when it comes to workout music I demand that good beat to motivate the participants and finish off the reps on a high note.

Specialties: Body Pump, Body Attack and Weight training & sculpting

Next Challenges: Become a Personal Trainer- Improve my stretching by becoming a Body Balance Instructor and also overcome my fears of water and take swimming lessons.

After a workout, I like to refuel with anything I can put peanut butter on especially fine oatcake.

Most likely to say in the class: “Drop that Squats Low… squeeze your bum as you rise”
