Activity2019

Zsuzsa Kohan

My journey started with meditation (Vipassana 10 days silence retreat). Later I started to practice asanas (yoga poses) and even later pranayama (breathing technic) with Dr Shrikrishna.

Although I was trained to be a yoga teacher (at YogaCampus) and attended several intensive courses and workshops, I don't like to call myself as teacher. I'm a yoga practitioner who would like to share her journey. From the beginning I met many extraordinary teachers. I studied Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Shiva Rea, Ashtanga Yoga with David Swenson, Restorative Yoga with Judith Hanson Lasater, Pregnancy Yoga with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli. I love to keep learning and sharing all the wisdom I was lucky to experience.

They all thought me that yoga is not something untouchable or sacred, which was set in stones ages ago, but something we need to keep alive, which could be playful and joy, which should be the tool of self discovery and part of our everyday life.

That's the message I would like to share in my classes.
