WHAT IS IT?

It is a kickstart for anyone joining to get a spring in their step back with regular, personalised exercise. You will have a one on one consultation with a trainer followed by Octagon Health and Fitness tests. This will give you a detailed baseline and help tailor your goals over the next three months. You will receive further personal training sessions to establish that routine and ensure success by day 90.

All of this can be tracked with the MyWellness app. It will leave you feeling stronger, fitter and mentally fresher as you look ahead and plan the next challenge. Whilst focusing it in a way suitable to you the vast array of experienced trainers can help you enjoy your training again and have fun with it!

WELLNESS CONSULTATION

One in first month

This will include a discussion on your health and fitness background and goals, a full body composition analysis and your MyWellness account setup

The Hogarth Octagon Health and Fitness tests are designed to improve and optimise all areas of your wellbeing - from your mobility, strength and aerobic capacity to your glucose levels, blood pressure and BMI. The Coronavirus pandemic has highlighted that it's now more important than ever to limit your risks and boost your immune system.

MONTH 1

Assess

You will meet your Personal Trainer to address your current health and fitness stats, discuss what your short and long term goals are and get started with your journey to a healthier and happier lifestyle

MONTH 2

Progress

You'll be cracking on with your personalised health and fitness programme designed with your trainer. A check in session with your PT will help keep you motivated to keep on track!

MONTH 3

Refresh

If you've been consistent, you will be feeling better already. Another Octagon test and personal training session will reveal the positive changes you've made that you can enjoy and benefit from in the long term

TRACK WITH MYWELLNESS

Your exercise and progress can be logged and tracked with The Hogarth’s Technogym MyWellness integrated system. 

The MyWellness cloud (www.mywellness.com) is a one-stop online portal that stores all your personal training data, which you can view and analyse wherever you like via the app. You can log in and collect data inside and outside the gym through a username and password or through a Technogym key - the choice is yours.

Indoor gym

INDOOR GYM SPACES

The Hogarth's spacious, stylish and beautifully air-conditioned indoor gymnasium is equipped with the very latest Technogym Artis range of cardiovascular and resistance equipment for cardio, strength and functional training with an integrated Wellness System. This Wellness System allows you to log your progress and keep track of your programme wherever you are.

We also have the holistic Kinesis studio for mat work and extra space for strength work. The HIIT studio is another indoor exercise area that is kitted out with specialised equipment for High Intensity Interval Training exercise such as slam balls, battle ropes, the Technogym Skillmill and Concept2's SkiErg.

Outdoor gym

OUTDOOR GYM AREAS

The Hogarth's newly renovated Outdoor Gym has various exercise areas and is equipped with all the kit you need for an effective workout all year round as the entire area is covered throughout.

The outdoor weights area includes freeweights, benches, kettlebells, rings, bands and TRX options to use. Each bench is spaced by 2 metres and cleaning products are available to wipe before and after use of equipment. Our newly built Outdoor Cycle Tent will be used as an extended Outdoor Gym area is available for functional training and free weights when Group Cycle classes aren't on. The main length of the outdoor gym has barbell weights, dumbbells, skipping ropes, battleropes, a 60kg tyre, and blocks for jumping/stepping up on. If space allows, you can practice your sprints up and down this 20metre track!
