The basic principle behind Core Conditioning is to provide a healthier and functional approach to stomach exercises. This is accomplished through the development of strength-based exercises, which allow us to functionally integrate the body as a whole entity.

What is unique about Debbies class is that it involves stretch routines, core strengthening and relaxation techniques incorporating elements of yoga and pilates. The objective of the class is to improve flexibility, release muscle tension, develop core strength and reduce mental and physical fatigue.
