For 10 years I have worked with every type of person; from fundamental movement for toddlers to corrective exercise for older populations. From mid-lifers battling sedentary lifestyle to elite athletes looking for the finest edge in performance. My goal is to help as many different types of people as possible on my journey!
Alongside work I’m studying an MSc in Strength & Conditioning, which has provided me with the platform to deepen my knowledge of movement, exercise and performance. On top of this I am also the new Pep Guardiola - I am learning Spanish and manage a men’s football team as well as a university women’s team.
In 2019 I’ll be entering my 6th year at The Hogarth. I have loved every second of my time here - meeting and helping members of all ages, shapes and sizes, old and new, and what the job has taught me is that every person who walks through our doors is UNIQUE - I’ll help you in a way that reflects that!
