Having decided a few years ago to put words into action and change careers, I am now delighted to work in health and fitness, a field that I have a genuine passion for.
I have always been sporty from playing squash and hockey competitively to more recently doing triathlons and Crossfit. I have competed in numerous endurance events (half ironman, duathlons, marathons, criteriums and long distance cyclosportives in the UK and Europe) and even managed some podium finishes! I also have a special interest in ski fitness, dream about the mountains most days.
I love working with people to help them achieve their goals, whether that is a change in body shape, sport specific or simply to feel generally better. I am constantly researching new exercise ideas and like to keep my program design varied, interesting and challenging.
I am a firm believer that the more exercise you do the more energy you have; and that the stronger you are the more you can stay free from injury, aches and pains (other than good pain of course!). So no matter what your goals, I’d love to try and help you achieve them and look forward to meeting you in the gym.
