Since joining the Hogarth Health Club in 2016 I have collaborated with many individuals to achieve their health, fitness, and wellbeing goals. From individuals performing at elite levels, to those recovering from injury, and everything in between, I've seen it all on the gym floor.
As a keen an amateur athlete you will see me around the gym training hard for HYROX.
I understand the challenge of striking the right balance between training and a busy social-professional lifestyle and love bringing this experience to the table to help others achieve their goals.
I have an MA in Sport and International Development and an advanced coaching course with the Movement Blueprint. This experience informs my work as a professional recognising the importance of sport and physical activity in society and developing training programs that achieve sustainable, pain-free, and successful long-term training outcomes.
Whether in the gym or online I endeavour to design challenging and enjoyable workouts that incorporate all the right exercises to give you a great pump in all the right places!
