Having spent much of my childhood at an athletics track down in Brighton, sports training and exercise has always been a central part of my life. Now no longer a track & field athlete, I have shifted my attention towards training for various endurance events such as marathons and triathlon events.
As a PT here at The Hogarth Club I hope to draw on my personal training and fitness experience in order to help clients achieve their goals. Whether training towards a specific event or simply working towards a healthier lifestyle we’ll break down a training plan together and work through each phase with the necessary specifics to achieve your goal.
