About me:

Fitness has always been a big part of my life. Growing up as a dancer has allowed to have a good understanding of the body which has now given me transferable skills which I can apply with my clients in the world of Personal Training.  

Whether your goal is to lose body fat, build muscle, increase flexibility, live a pain-free life or be the best version of yourself, I am determined to work hard and use all my knowledge in order for you to reach your goals.

And as a trained musical theatre performer you might be lucky enough to have a cheeky sing song to get you through the set.

BA (Hons) Musical Theatre
Level 2 Fitness Instructor
Level 3 Personal Training
