Loving team sport and athletics from an early age, training has always been part of who I am but it was my passion for gymnastics which I pursued competitively in my younger days. Since then, and having worked in a demanding business environment for many years, I became more interested in the mental as well as physical benefits of moving and eating well.
Driven by a more holistic approach to health, and dedicated yoga practice, I then moved into the wellness industry, becoming a Personal Trainer and Holistic Health & Nutrition Coach.
My mission now is to help others move and feel better so they can live longer, happier and healthier lives. My approach is about enjoying and learning from the journey as well as seeing and feeling the results. My role is to make sure you push (and listen to) your body to get the best out of your training and help create longer-term positive change.
