For the cycling enthusiast and for those looking to improve cardiovascular fitness. The class consists of basic athletic and rhythmic drills with great music to motivate and encourage you. You will use speed and resistance to simulate cycle racing in a challenging workout. The ultimate calorie burner!

What to expect when you come into one of my classes...

Step on to the bike, put your hands on the handle bars, and sit down on the saddle. Slide your feet into the clips and begin to pedal.

The music will now take over. We will stimulate two basic types of outdoor terrain... flats and hills. We will be able to conquer every climb or flat.

Whether your a beginner or a skilled athlete we will start at the same placeand successfully complete the class together. It is a good experience of mind and body working together. I want to strengthen your legs and core. Increase your power output and reduce the chance of injury by strengthening your tendons and ligaments.
