Training 101 - New Circuit Class

Training 101 is a weekly class with a difference. Based around the principles of CIRCUIT TRAINING, Training 101 will introduce you to a variety of equipment and exercises to help improve your SPEED, AGILITY, POWER, STRENGTH and ENDURANCE.

Over the weeks you’ll experience training with MEDICINE BALLS, BARBELLS, KETTLEBELLS, POWERBAGS and BODYWEIGHT, with a bit of BOXING and SPINNING thrown in for good measure. Each week the emphasis will change but we’ll let you know in advance what to expect.

So, if you want a class that is VARIED and CHALLENGING and a class that never gets boring, then why not give Training 101 a go?

Every Friday at 06.30hrs to 07.30hrs starting on 6 March 2015.
