Workshop 1: Calisthenics Fundamentals

21st February 2024 - 7pm - HIIT Studio 3

For someone who…

• can’t do a pull up and/or push up and need help with progressing to these exercises 
• Interested in improving bodyweight strength 
• is coming back from an injury and wants to take extra care by rebuilding body strength

Have you always dreamed of finally achieving a pull up but are struggling to see those results? If so, this workshop is going to provide you with the foundations for reaching those goals.

Milos will take you through 1 hour of calisthenics basics to kickstart your calisthenics journey all while testing your strength, mobility and coordination.

Milos Calisthenics workshop

 

Workshop 2: Calisthenics Challenge

21st February 2024 - 8pm - HIIT Studio 3

For someone who…

• can do pull ups and push ups 
• is interested in ways to increase number of reps for these and other bodyweight exercises 
• wants guidance on different training styles to add variety and progressions for bodyweight exercises

This workshop is for those who have mastered the art of the pull up and/or push up but are interested in building their muscular endurance to increase the number of reps they’re able to achieve when performing bodyweight exercises.

This class will cover general upper body and lower body calisthenics exercises. If you’d like some help training more specific advanced moves such as handstands and muscle ups, please book a 1 to 1 PT session with Milos so he can help you achieve these skills with a more individualised approach.

Important note: If you are suffering from any injuries, please speak to Milos before the workshop so he can advise whether the workshop is suitable for you or whether it would be better to book in a 1 to 1 PT session instead so that extra care and focus can be provided.

Meet Milos

Personal trainer Milos at The Hogarth Club

From a young age I have always participated in sports and taken my fitness goals seriously. In recent years I have decided to pass on my knowledge to others and guide those around me to all reach their targets. Integrating hard work and discipline is key for me when working with my clients, but I understand that to succeed, I should mirror the same principles and words that I voice. I give 100% effort "behind the scenes" of all the sessions I deliver through careful planning and preparation to give all my clients the optimal quality of sessions they deserve which will help them reach their fitness goals.
