Terry has been teaching this class for over a decade and has developed almost a family of what he call his “circuiteers”! Make no bones about it, this is a tough class and not for the faint hearted (or anyone who does not like a Burpee or 2). People thrive of each other’s intensity and motivation and we are certainly in it together. There is a great atmosphere and work ethic to this class too. After a warm up and stretch period you can expect to sprint – cycle – squat – jump – lunge – skip – ball slam- crunch – burpee – press up – squat thrust and SWEAT! There really is no need to wear a heart rate monitor during this class.
Similar to Terrys Spin, he does always carry his stick but again, it’s all part of the fun – please do not let it put you off.
