• Aerobic classes such as BodyPump, Zumba, Body Conditioning and Group Cycle take place in our spacious and air conditioned Studio 1. Some of our Group Cycle classes feature Spivi technology for fun and interactive virtual team races!
• HIIT classes are held in our dedicated indoor, air-conditioned HIIT studio with specialised equipment.
• Holistic classes such as Yoga, Yoga Barre, Pilates and Tai Chi will take place in our tranquil and temperature controlled Studio 2.
• Classes can be booked online or with Reception to guarantee your space, as numbers are capped to avoid crowding.
• Our studios are cleaned in between classes by our Housekeeping Team.
• The majority of classes in Studios 1 and 2 have the capability of live streaming via Zoom to join at home if preferred!
