Important Club Information - Coronavirus (COVID-19)

CLASSES

As a Hogarth member you are invited to participate in as many studio classes as you wish. We have a full array of traditional and modern activities that have been tailored to suit all ages and all fitness levels.

As we have had to temporarily close the club due to the Government's guidelines in relation to the Coronavirus COVID-19 Pandemic, we have launched our new online platforms - "Hogarth LIVE Classes" and "Hogarth On Demand Classes" to keep you inspired, connected and healthy.

Once we reopen on Saturday 25 July, our new Summer 2020 Studio Timetable will come into effect. These include Live Streamed classes for you to join at home if you wish to continue self isolating.

We are delighted to be able to offer a limited amount of outdoor classes to (currently frozen) members. In line with the government advice, these classes will be limited to spaces of 5 and held on either the front or back tennis court plus our decking area.

Please note that bookings will become available 1 week in advance and there will be no toilet facilities on site, so please plan accordingly.

Reopening Phase 1 Class Timetable

Below is our new class timetable which will commence when we reopen on the Saturday 25th July. You may notice a few changes, such as classes being outdoors, in the squash court or live streamed. We have allocated 10-15 minutes at the end of each class for cleaning or safe exiting and all classes are bookable online. We have made these changes to ultimately keep our members and staff as safe as we can.

High intensity classes such as HIIT, Group Cycle and Body Conditioning will be outdoors to avoid the 'aerosol effect' of potential virus transmission and 10 minutes will be allocated to safely leave the tennis court or decking area before the next tennis booking. 15 minutes has been allocated in between each class in either Studio 1 or 2 to allow for cleaning and safe exiting to avoid contact with others.

Those who wish to continue self isolating but would still like to exercise, can join one of our live streamed classes from home on Zoom! All classes that will be streamed live have a little blue Zoom icon next to them on the timetable. To access this class on Zoom, you can find the access link on the name of the class in your online booking members portal.

Non members that joined us on Hogarth Online whilst we were closed can continue access to these live streamed classes on Zoom for £25 per month. Get in touch to register.

CONDITIONING

STUDIO 1

In Studio 1 your body will be whipped into shape and by the time you leave you will feel done. You just have to pick your weapon of choice. Cycling on a NEW Keiser M3i Indoor spin bike in a virtual spin session. Sweat. Lifting weights in Body Pump. Power. Dancing to Zumba or Sh’bam. Fun. Improving strength and mobility in Stretchworks. Agility. Comprehensive conditioning options for improving every aspect of fitness.

HOLISTIC

STUDIO 2

A calmer setting where you can fine tune body and mind. Our selection of Yoga, Pilates and La Barre classes will test your strength as well as your mobility. Take a deep breath and focus on you in our temperature controlled Holistic studio. You should leave Studio 2 feeling lighter yet stronger.

HIIT

STUDIO 3

A specialist studio for HIIT only! High Intensity Interval Training is not for the faint hearted. Going all out during a whole body circuit will push you to your limits. However, it is a great way to boost metabolism and help you burn fat whilst getting fitter and stronger in the process. Up to 4 HIIT classes are held in Studio 3, 6 days a week ranging from General to Advanced level. Take a look at our web timetable here for all classes.
