Unwind and find balance in our holistic Studio 2. Flooded with natural light, Studio 2 is about nurturing the connection between mind, body and spirit. Yoga, Pilates and Holisitic classes will test and improve your strength as well as your mobility, flexibility, posture, balance and wellbeing.
Specialised High Intensity Interval Training studio with a range of advanced resistance and endurance equipment. This studio is also open for solo training outside class times. Sprint, jump, slam, pull, push, sweat. Challenge yourself, push your limits, and expect to leave Studio 3 on a high.
Each instructor offers a unique experience, and their individual personalities and styles are woven through each class.
