Below is our new Autumn class timetable which will commence from the 7th September. You may notice a few changes, such as a few classes having the option to move indoors for weather reasons, BodyPump being back and limited, bookable changing room slots being available. We will still be making all classes bookable (especially those marked with an asterisk*), smaller in numbers and the majority of indoor classes live streamed. Extra time before and after classes will still be allocated for extra cleaning and safe exiting. We have made these changes to ultimately keep our members and staff as safe as we can, read on for further details!
High intensity classes such as HIIT, Group Cycle and Body Conditioning have all been relocated outdoors on our tennis courts or decking area to reduce the aerosol effect. 10 minutes between court bookings has been allowed for safe entering and exiting the court.
To allow for safe social distancing, our studios have been marked with floor signage to provide more than four square metres per participant.
MORE TIME FOR CLEANING
Our superstar cleaning team can complete a thorough cleaning and sanitising of all surfaces in under 6 minutes, supported by Helios (our UV sanitising robot) where necessary, for total safety.
In phase 1 of reopening, bookings will be mandatory for some of our busier classes. These are marked on our timetable with an asterisk (*). You will not be able to attend these classes without a booking.
Classes with no asterisk can be attended without a reservation, but if you want to guarantee your space, to avoid disappointment, advance bookings for all classes are available. We will be keeping a close eye on numbers and mark more classes with a * if necessary.
Subject to demand, and further easing of lockdown, we hope to return to drop-in classes with no requirement to book as soon as we can to maximise member convenience.

HOW TO ACCESS ZOOM CLASSES
Classes on the timetable that are marked with a blue Zoom logo symbol are accessible live on Zoom. You can create your free Zoom account at zoom.us.
Log in to the booking page on the Hogarth website to find the unique meeting ID underneath the class name. Type that in to join the waiting room shortly before the class, and the instructor will admit you at the exact class start time.
TO MINIMISE CLASS DISRUPTION, INSTRUCTORS WILL BE UNABLE TO ADMIT LATECOMERS ON ZOOM ONCE THE CLASS HAS STARTED. PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE IN THE WAITING ROOM SHORTLY BEFORE THE CLASS START TIME
In Studio 1 your body will be whipped into shape and by the time you leave you will feel done. You just have to pick your weapon of choice.
