This yoga class offers a slower flow with pace and grace in equal measures. Exploring both your inner dancer and your inner warrior. 

Counteract the high energy and stress of city life with a practice focused on relieving the mind and releasing tension in the body. Movements are mindful and fluid to nurture deeper strength, mobility and balance within the body.

Transition through space with grace; unwind and explore deep waves of peace in motion.

Log into your members booking portal or register your online account at https://bit.ly/hogarthmemberlogin. Once the club is open, this class will be able to book by clicking on 'book a class' then 'book' on your desired class. You will then receive a confirmation email with our full T&Cs.
