Round 1 Upper Body
Dips x10
Pike push ups x10
Chin ups x10
Inverted rows x12
3 minute rest period
Round 2 Lower Body
Cossack squats x8 (each side)
Step ups x10, then repeat on the other side
Pancake good morning x8
Jefferson x6
3 minute rest period
Round 3 Core
Tuck raises x8
Hollow Body x2 for 30 seconds
Hanging leg raises x6
Bicycle crunches for 30 seconds
