We have teamed up with our partners at Brentford Football Club to bring you our latest fitness challenge. Courtesy of the Head of Athletic Performance, Chris Haslam. Sign up with one of the gym team to try this leg heavy circuit!

1. 1KM Bike Sprint

2. 30 Body Weight Squats

3. 2KM Bike Sprint

4. 30 Alternate Lunges (15 on each leg)

5. 2KM Bike Sprint

6. 30 Body Weight Press Ups 

7. 1KM Bike Sprint

8. 30 TRX Rows

You will leave with more lead in your legs than a box of pencils. If it's good enough for pro-footballers, it's good enough for Hogarth members! All participants of the challenge will enter into a prize draw to win lunch and a tour of Brentford FC's training grounds PLUS 4 FREE home match tickets!
