It is with a heavy heart that we share the sad news of the passing of our Founder and Chairman, Colin White FRICS. Colin passed away peacefully on Sunday 23 June with his family present, having reached the grand age of 88 years.

For those that knew Colin, you’ll know of his passion for Africa and in true Colin style he will be led out of his beloved Hogarth Club by family friend Charles Adamah and African drumming at 2pm, for a 2.40pm service at Mortlake Crematorium.

All are welcome to attend, at what we hope will be, a fitting start to Hogarth’s celebration of Colin’s wondrous life. We would also be honoured for you to join us in raising a glass of Chardonnay (Colin's favourite tipple) from 4pm till late at The Hogarth Club.

Colin was never one to shy away from a “mild celebration” (as he used to call it!), and that is one of many legacies we will continue at the Hogarth, in his memory.

As Colin never wore a tie and led a colourful life, we would love you to reflect that in your attire!

DONATIONS 

In Colin’s later years he suffered from Alzheimer’s Disease, so rather than flowers, the family welcomes donations to Alzheimer's Society, either online via www.justgiving.com/fundraising/mrcolinwhite or at the wake.
