Beginning with the mighty London Marathon in April followed by the very tough Tough Mudder just two weeks later,Harry and his Merry Men are supporting the Teenage Cancer Trust and The Eyes Alight Appeal, in aid of The Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust.
Here's a little bit about both charities.
TEENAGE CANCER TRUSTS'S vision is a future where young people's lives don't stop because they have cancer. They make sure they're treated as young people first, cancer patients second and everything they do aims to improve their quality of life and chances of survival.
The Eyes Alight appeal raises money for The BRAIN INJURY REHABILITATION TRUST'S (BIRT) services and community houses which will be used to pay for things that give service users something to enjoy or look forward to as they go through the daunting and difficult process of brain injury rehabilitation.
The appeal was set up by Izzy Judd and her family. Izzy's brother, Rupert, lives in Kent House, having been seriously injured in a road accident in 1997.
