Hogarth Summer Gym Challenge 2018
Dear Athletes of Hogarth,
By now your summer bod has arrived and now it is time to put it to the test! Your latest challenge is here and it is not for the faint of heart. The Summer Gym Challenge is a blood rushing blitz through the gym across 7 obstacles mixing strength with cardio and endurance. Finishing is inevitable but how fast you go is the mission. It may be hot outside but you are about to sizzle inside..
You will begin in the main gym:
1. 2km Watt Bike
2. 500m Row
Then it is onto the HIIT Studio:
3. 10 x Burpees with Monkey Bar touch
4. 20 x Wall Ball Crunches (4kg/8kg)
5. 10 x Kettle Bell Clean and Jerk each arm (6kg/12kg)
6. 10 x Lateral Shuffle Ball Touches
7. 200m Skillmill Sprint
We would estimate finishing times between 8-14 minutes.
