A Class for Everyone

Created by instructor Ellie, Move and Groove is all about having fun while getting your body moving. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or just someone who wants to try something new, this class is designed for everyone. No dance experience is required—just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to join in the fun!

 

A Fun, Energising Workout

The class kicks off with a lively group warm-up, set to feel-good hits like Simply the Best, Time Warp, and Blame It on the Boogie. It’s the perfect way to get your body ready while enjoying the upbeat vibes of classic tunes. Then, you'll learn fun, easy-to-follow dance moves, including box steps and grapevines, with plenty of time to build confidence. The choreography is repeated throughout the session, so you’ll quickly catch the rhythm and feel more comfortable with each move.

 

Dance to Your Favourite Tunes

One of the best parts of Move and Groove is the exciting dance routine. Past classes have grooved to iconic hits like Proud Mary by Tina Turner, Dancing Queen by ABBA, and This Is Me from The Greatest Showman. The repetition of the moves ensures that no one feels left behind, making it a class you can truly enjoy and grow with.

 

Feel Good, Inside and Out

At the end of each class, Ellie leads a calming cooldown to help you unwind and leave feeling refreshed.
