New La Barre courses starting in Jan 2017

LA BARRE at The Hogarth Health Club with Elena Glurjidze (Former Principal Ballerina - English National Ballet) NEW Group Ballet classes featuring floor & barre exercises.

The classes accommodate levels from absolute beginners to experienced ballerinas. The aim of the classes are to develop & teach ballet technique that will also benefit overall strength and flexibility for health and wellbeing.

LA BARRE will help develop balance, flexibility athleticism & grace.

To learn ballet exercises & musicality.

To understand movements of the arms, head & body.

The emphasis on these classes is on floor & barre work - good posture
