New Yoga Classes at The Hogarth: Core Cocktail & Yoga Mixed Flow
We’re excited to introduce two new classes designed to enhance your strength, movement, and overall wellbeing: Core Cocktail and Yoga Mixed Flow. No matter your experience level, these classes are accessible, adaptable, and designed to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected to your body.
Here’s a closer look at what you can expect from each class:
Core Cocktail with Michaela
Fun. Strengthening. Energising.
Perfect for: All levels – especially those looking to build core strength, support their lower back, or add variety to their training. No prior experience needed.
What to expect: A lively, full-body workout that mixes strength, cardio, and stretch—all with a fun, feel-good vibe. You’ll move through a mix of floor-based core exercises, energising cardio bursts, and guided stretches, all set to upbeat music. The class has a friendly, inclusive feel, and Michaela keeps the pace varied and engaging. Expect to leave feeling stronger, more mobile, and with a real sense of accomplishment. Michaela draws on yoga, Pilates, tai chi, dance, and physiotherapy, so the class feels balanced and creative. It's a class where you’ll work hard, but never feel out of your depth.
Yoga Mixed Flow
Grounding. Restorative. Strengthening.
Perfect for: Beginners to intermediate yogis who want a mindful, slower-paced class that focuses on alignment, strength, and relaxation.
What to expect: A calm, thoughtful atmosphere with a focus on moving with intention and ease. The class starts slowly—often on the mat—and gradually builds into standing sequences and creative flows. There’s a clear focus on alignment and breath, with gentle guidance throughout, making the experience feel grounding and accessible, even if you’re newer to yoga or easing back in after a break.
Each session has a theme—like hip mobility or heart openers—and ends with breathwork, guided relaxation, or meditation. You’ll leave feeling more connected to your body, a little lighter, and mentally reset. It's a space to both strengthen and soften—physically and mentally.
