STRENGTH & POWER CIRCUIT with Cuba Riggs

3 rounds, 4 Exercises, 10 Reps.

ROUND 1

Pull ups - banded 
18 inch box jump squats
6kg weighted walking lunges
10kg deadlifts

1-2 minutes rest

ROUND 2

Pull ups - body weight
30 inch box jump squats
10kg weighted walking lunges
15kg deadlifts

1-2 minutes rest

ROUND 3

Pull ups - weighted
35 inch box jump squats
12kg weighted walking lunges
25kg deadlifts
