UPPER BODY BLAST with Alham Kakar
Round 1
Push ups x15
Ball slams with 5kg ball x20
T-rex pull ups x20
Russian twists x20
3 minute rest period
Round 2
Diamond push ups x15
Wall ball side toss with 5kg ball x20 (then repeat on the other side)
Assisted knee pull ups x14
Kick outs x20
3 minute rest period
Round 3
Push up with alternating 5 second holds x15
Overhead wall ball toss x20
Pull ups x10
Flutter kicks with 5kg ball weight, (30 seconds)
Bring on the HIIT workout and remember to cool down and recover after!
