To ensure safe social distancing, our outdoor classes will be limited to 16. (BodyPump - 11) For this reason, we ask that you reserve your space in advance and if you are unable to make it - it is essential that you cancel prior to the class starting so another member on the waiting list will be notified and can join. You can do this online or over the phone with Reception on 020 8995 4600.

All exercise equipment used in classes such as BodyPump, Body Conditioning and HIIT, plus the bikes in Group Cycle will each be set up before and cleaned afterwards by our staff to minimise crowding and touch contact.
