Before booking a Tennis Court, please note that play is restricted due to COVID-19; to familiarise yourselves with what this means, PLEASE be sure that you have read the safety guidelines.
To book a tennis court you must be a member of the club and create your personal online profile.

BEFORE YOU BOOK:
1. Consider whether you are ready physically and mentally to get out and onto the court. Consider your own personal risks and be able to confirm you are "fit" to play by confirming you have read and understood the Health Commitment Statement at https://www.thehogarth.co.uk/health-commitment-statement. You agree not to participate if you have any existing or new medical conditions. You understand that you exercise at your own risk and you are ultimately responsible for your own general health and wellbeing.
2. Are you experiencing COVID-like symptoms? Or have you recently been in close contact to anyone suspected or confirmed to have the virus? If so, it is absolutely vital that you stay indoors and self isolate at home to stop the spread of the virus and for you to fully recover.
IF YOU'RE HAVING ANY PROBLEMS WITH BOOKING:
If you have any problem creating your profile, please note the following:
i. Please check your SPAM / JUNK MAIL
ii. The email address we have on the membership system may be an old email and not the same as your email used for our express bulletins. If you do have a problem, please email: email@example.com with Subject line: EMAIL FOR BOOKING. We will update the membership system with the email address you contacted us with and email you back to try again.
iii. There is also the possibility we do not have an email on the membership system for you. As above, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org with Subject line: EMAIL FOR BOOKING. We will update the membership system with the email address you contact us and a member of the Hogarth Team will email you back to try again as quickly as possible.
2. ANYTHING ELSE
If you experience any other issues with booking, please email email@example.com with the subject line: ANOTHER BOOKINGS ISSUE. Please include best point of contact, phone ideally, and a member of the Hogarth Team will email you back to try again as quickly as possible.

IF YOU CAN'T MAKE A BOOKING, PLEASE DO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING:
Log into your account, and go to MY BOOKINGS. Click on view and cancel your chosen session.
CHANGING YOUR PASSWORD:
You can change your pasword in MY DETAILS section of online booking. We recommend you do this the first time you login.
