Hogarth Member and Chiswick local, Ben Cooper, carries the Olympic torch!

Chiswick local and Hogarth member Ben Cooper was chosen to carry the Olympic torch as recognition for his commitment to youth sailing in Britain. Ben was nominated by his wife Debbie and she was there cheering him on on the day.

Chiswick torch-bearer Ben Cooper said today that the enthusiasm of the crowd and the goodwill and atmosphere around the Torch Relay have given him and his family some amazing memories. Ben said "It was an amazing day, and one I will never forget - I have my torch too as a lasting memory!"
