Get ready for one of the biggest tennis events of the year with Shane's legendary Wimbledon-themed tennis day. Back for 2026 and by popular demand, last year's iconic theme: Retro 80s Wimbledon!

It's time to dust off the traditional all-whites, wooden racquets, channel your inner tennis legend, and embrace the fashion chaos of 80s Wimbledon. Think Pat Cash headbands, Björn Borg energy, tiny shorts, pleated skirts, sweatbands, moustaches, and questionable style decisions all round.

We’ll be playing with classic wooden racquets throughout the day and yes, Shane has even sourced white tennis balls. Commitment to the theme is reaching dangerous levels!

Friday 10th July 2026 from 10am until late at The Hogarth Club

Tickets & Booking

Tickets are £35 per person and must be booked and paid directly with Shane. You can book individually or put together your own team/table/pod of 6–8 people. If you’re organising a team, please initially book and pay for 6 spaces. You can always add another 1–2 people later if needed.

Schedule

10am - 1pm Tennis & Table Tennis Tournament
1pm - 3pm Selection of cut sandwiches, Homemade scones, Clotted Cream and Strawberry Jam, Macaroons, Mini Tart or Cake with a glass of Pimms and strawberries & cream. 
3pm - 5pm Shane's Wimbledon Quiz

Tournament Format

The event will include both tennis and table tennis rounds throughout the day. Players will be split into groups for timed doubles matches, with the final format and timings confirmed closer to the event once numbers are finalised.

We're looking forward to a brilliant day of tennis, nostalgia, Pimms, and classic Hogarth Wimbledon vibes!
