The wait is over. Terry's Duathlon is finally BACK and this time we're making an afternoon of it!

Location: The Hogarth Club, Chiswick, West London
Admission: The Duathlon is FREE to join and Sunday Roast £15pp. 

Cycle class spaces are limited and for members only.


What is Terry’s Duathlon?  

Join long-standing Hogarth favourite Terry Rodham for this fun fitness event. The Duathlon starts with a 1 hour Group Cycle class, immediately followed by a 7k run around West London (2 Bridges). Terry’s Duathlons have proved very popular with members in the past, and we're thrilled to be hosting this event again for 2025! The event is suitable for all fitness levels as you can go at your own pace. Whether you're a seasoned Duathlete or new to this type of event, this is a great opportunity to challenge yourself and socialise with fellow members.

Terry Rodham is a full time Triathlon coach and has been working within Personal Training for almost 3 decades! The Hogarth Gym team are here to support you with personalised advice and training plans that members can make use of in their free monthly PT session!

After the hard work, relax and replenish with a hearty Sunday Roast prepared by our in-house chef. What better way to finish off the week?

 

Event Schedule  

12.00–12.30: Registration  

Check-in at Reception and get your bike set up! 

12.30–13.15: Terry’s Cycle Class (Studio 1)  

Prepare to sweat as Terry takes you through one of his famously tough classes - no prisoners here! With a full studio and an unbeatable atmosphere, this is guaranteed to get your muscles fired up and calories burning. 

13.20–14.00/14.45: 7K Two Bridges Run  

Enjoy a scenic riverside route from Barnes to Hammersmith Bridge. Whether you’re aiming for a fast pace or simply enjoying the journey, this iconic West London run is the perfect way to finish the active part of the day.  

15.00: Sunday Roast in the Bar (£15 per person)

Reward yourself with a delicious roast freshly prepared by our in-house chef. Choose from meat or vegetarian options, complete with all the trimmings, to round off your Sunday in style! Please give Reception your choice when booking.
