We are very excited to welcome Sutti from Thai 101 at The Airedale for his evening Thai food pop-up every Monday evening 5-9pm!

ABOUT

Thai 101 is a family run restaurant that serves authentic North Eastern-Thai food with a variety of delicious dishes. The founder and owner of Thai 101, Sutti, has been in the Thai restaurant business for over 20 years and owns Thai restaurants around West London and in the New Forest.

Sutti describes himeslf as a chef by profession and food enthusiast by nature; "I have always enjoyed every aspect of food but obviously my emphasis is on Thai cuisine, especially that of the Northeastern region also known as Isaan where I was born. My aim was to give the Thai expats and locals an unique culinary experience. I am still proud that I was one of the pioneers in making authentic Isaan cuisine accessible to the wider public and not reserved for just Thais."

"With the help of my families from Southern Thailand, I am also proud to say that our restaurants were the first and only, serving tasty and super spicy Southern Thai food in the UK. Today, I am still working hard to do more. I want everybody to enjoy the kind of Thai food a Thai would love to eat and not westernised or watered down."

Sutti has found the local produce and fresh ingredients available in the New Forest inspiring and is always visiting local producers in search for the freshest and finest ingredients to incorporate into his cooking, in his authentic Thai style.

Sutti also holds monthly fun and informative cooking lessons and regularly hosts his own popular Chef’s Table dinner. Any extra spare time Sutti has is usually spent in schools, clubs and the local community educating young people on Thai food, cooking and promoting the Thai culture.

The menu will include traditional noodle and Pad Thai dishes and classic Thai curries as well as more exotic and specialised dishes at very reasonable prices.

PARKING

The non-member rate for our private car park is £3 per hour. Please pay at Reception or by card at the exit barrier.

PLEASE NOTE – ADULTS ONLY POLICY

The Airedale Café and Bar is an adults only venue and only allows 14+ years inside or outside the café, with the exception of Sundays 10am – 4pm. 

SAFETY MEASURES

We are making The Airedale Cafe & Bar a safe social space for members and non members with the following measures:

• New one way system throughout the Cafe and The Hogarth Club
• Redesigned indoor bar furniture for social distancing
• New outdoor separated seating pods
• Card payments only
• Drink and Breakfast menu orders can be made via the Dines App to avoid queueing
• Safety signage to remind diners about health & safety procedures
• Sneeze screens at the bar
• Mandatory PPE for all staff
• Extra cleaning 

The Airedale Cafe and Bar has thought of everything they can to make for the perfect social, safe space to relax in. Our fast WiFi, comfortable indoor and spacious outdoor seating makes for the perfect environment to enhance your mood and creativity! And of course, we'll ensure social distancing is maintained at all times.

OPEN TO MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS*

The Airedale Cafe and Bar is open to a limited number of non-members. Please note that The Hogarth Club is an adults only club and children under the age of 14 will not be allowed in the bar.

BOOKINGS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Please arrive on time (not early!)
• Each booking is for 1 hour and 50 minutes (to allow for cleaning between bookings)
• Cancellations must be made no less than 12 hours before booking start time
• The booking will be 1:50 from the initial booking time (even if you arrive late)
• If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us you may risk losing your table
• All guest data is required to be kept for 21 days for Government Test & Trace
