I have been in the Fitness industry for 15 years as a Boxing Coach/Fitness Instructor/ Level-3 Personal Trainer. I have a deep passionate believe that your fitness goals can be achieved in a fun and challenging but dynamic way. I have competed at a wide range of sports such as Basketball/Hockey/Rugby/Football and Athletics at school/ College and at National level.
I love sharing my knowledge and helping others to achieve their goals. I found my love for Boxing at 14 and Boxed for 6years as an Amateur for several highly respected Boxing Clubs with an undefeated record. I also work directly with schools in South/West London delivering Boxing sessions. I teach Non-Contact Boxing and really enjoy mentoring the kids. I see them develop respect, self-control and strength of mind, all invaluable as an adult. Sport has always been a big part of my life.
As well as maintaining a healthy body I truly believe that sport and exercise help the mind deal with the ups and downs and stresses of day-to-day living. I bring my wide experience and passion and high energy levels to my clients and classes so breakout from your usual fitness routine and try one of my high energy classes you will not be disappointed. In my spare time I also enjoy Yoga and Scuba-diving.
