Jill Charles

Jill Charles is a CrossTraining and Calisthenics coach, with a particular interest in working with beginners and returners.

After many years of practice in Pilates, Aerobics, and Zumba, Jill found her levels of strength and fitness increased exponentially during lockdown doing online crosstraining workouts when studio classes weren’t an option. When friends started asking for help with getting stronger, she decided to get qualified.

Having completed her level two Fitness Instructor and Level three Personal Trainer certificates in 2025 and honing her skills in several CrossTraining Boxes, most notably two summers in Brazil, Jill has joined the Hogarth Team (after 30 years as a member!).
