TEMPORARY ADDENDUM TO CLUB RULES DURING COVID 19
As part of the Club's strategy to do everything possible to safeguard members during Covid 19, we have put together some important guidelines that we ask ALL members to follow whilst visiting the Club.ALL MEMBERS MUST SIGN AND AGREE TO THE COVID-19 TEMPORARY RULES. We have been busy making a myriad of changes to the way the Club will operate when we are able to reopen and as well as physical changes to the layout and design of the club, we ask all membrs to play their part in helping protect one another and our staff members.
As these are considered critical measures to safeguard everyone, we do have to note that anyone who disregards these temporary safety measures, may have their membership suspended. We trust that everyone understands that we need to support and respect one another at this time more than anytime before.
Temporary Addendum to Club Rules during Covid 19
• If you experiencing COVID-like symptoms including an elevated temperature, have lost taste or smell or a new, continuous cough stay at home. A continuous cough means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual) . Use the 111 online coronavirus service.
• If you have recently been in close contact to anyone suspected or confirmed to have the virus, do NOT come to the Club. It is absolutely vital that you stay indoors and self isolate at home to stop the spread of the virus and for you to fully recover.
• Please use the sanitiser at the front reception before entering the Club.
• Please wash your hands thoroughly for 20 seconds using soap and water throughout your visit to the Club
• ALWAYS keep a safe distance from other members, visitors and staff. At the Hogarth we continue to consider this to be 2 metres. If you are in a pinch point in the Club, please do make appropriate adjustments such as keeping behind glass screens or turning away from one another, or wearing PPE.
• Please clean ALL equipmnet after use. We have reduced the amount of equipmment to make sure our own cleaning team suported by Helios our UV robot can deep the club cleaner and safer than ever.
• If you cough, please cover up: CATCH IT, BIN IT, KILL IT.
• Please adhere to our one way system. It is designed to keep everyone safe
• Avoid touching and minimise contact points
