"Anusara basics" is a Hatha Yoga class with very clear instruction of principles of alignment. Rooted in Tantric traditions it integrates Asana, Mantra, Mudra, Pranayama and Meditation. Every class is different, focusing on one specific body part to strengthen, stretch and transform from within in a deeply therapeutic way.
