A light hearted core training with background music to awaken all parts of the core, especially all 5 myo-fascial sheaths (lateral, dorsal, ventral, spiral and innermost core). A combination of floor work, strength and stretch training with a sprinkle of cardio thrown into the mix: 15min core, 15min. cardio, 15min core, 15min stretch. Ideal to strengthen midline awareness and support lower back issues.
Michaela draws her inspiration from yoga, dance, pilates, tai chi, physio and somatic training. The content varies every single week to leave your core happily shaken and stirred.
