Focusing on spinal health and fluid movement, this Hatha Yoga class with Laura focuses on undoing and releasing, woking towards a lighter more freeing practice. The class encourages you to work at your own level and is suitable for beginners to more advanced students wishing to explore and deepen their practice. A gently yet demanding approach with far reaching results, and is very beneficial for addressing back pain, postural problems and injuries.
A traditional 'Hatha' yoga class designed to increase mental and physical awareness. Through a variety of poses and gentle stretching exercises, with an emphasis on controlled breathing, Yoga will assist in balancing and conditioning the body.
