High Intensity Interval Training is a fast and furious total body workout. It will spike your metabolism and will have you out of breath with only short rest periods between the exercises. A base level of fitness is advised before stepping up to this fun and challenging workout.

This class will be held on our brand new covered cycle deck area, located next to our back tennis court. For safe social distancing, spaces for our outdoor classes are limited. Because of this, bookings in advance are essential.
