A High Intensity Interval Training class with a difference! HIIT Super Circuits starts with an accelerated HIIT warm-up, followed by three rounds of a 10 station Hiit Super Circuit with a variety of fun and challenging exercises designed to spike your heart rate, work your whole body and burn shedloads of calories! Expect anything from bosu burpees to kettlebell swings, typewriter mountain climbers, Russian twists, plyo sumo bench jumps, ball slams and battle ropes. The exercises in the circuit change each week, making full use of the great equipment and facilities in our designated HIIT Studio 3! The class is open to all levels.
