A strong alignment-based Hatha Yoga flow class focusing each week on a different physical and energetic aspect of Yoga. Depending on the theme of the week we incorporate Pranayama (breathing techniques), Chakras (energy work), Mantra (chant), Mudra (hand gestures), or Meditation. Options to amend, ease or intensify your practice are always given. Expect inversions and sweat before deep relaxation! Previous knowledge of yoga Asanas (postures) is advisable to enjoy the ride. Ideal for regular practitioners who fancy a little extra challenge.

HOW TO BOOK A CLASS
Log into your members booking portal or register your online account at https://bit.ly/hogarthmemberlogin. Once the club is open, this class will be able to book by clicking on 'book a class' then 'book' on your desired class. You will then receive a confirmation email with our full T&Cs.
