30 minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes designed to take your fitness to the next level by building your cardio vascular fitness, maximising calorie burn and building lean muscle. There are three separate Grit workouts each with a particular focus: Speed and Agility - bodyweight (Grit Cardio), Strength - using barbell and weights (Grit Strength) and reactive Sports-based training including plyometrics - using a step (Grit Athletic).
Set to inspiring, powerful music and using the latest cutting edge Hiit techniques, your Grit instructor will act as a coach, motivating and driving you to challenge yourself and improve your overall fitness.
