HOW TO BOOK A CLASS

Log into your members booking portal or register your online account at https://bit.ly/hogarthmemberlogin. Once the club is open, this class will be able to book by clicking on 'book a class' then 'book' on your desired class. You will then receive a confirmation email with our full T&Cs.

** This class is available to live stream on Zoom. You can create your free Zoom account at zoom.us. Go to zoom.us/join and type in the access password to join a live streamed class. The class access password can be found in the online member booking portal underneath the class name.

Pilates represents a unique approach to exercise that develops body awareness, improving and changing the body's postural and alignment habits and increasing flexibility and ease of movement.

Beginners Classes

Designed to develop the basic technique and principles of Pilates. You will focus on learning the preparatory exercises. These are movements that form the basis of many classical Pilates exercises.

A general understanding of these exercises is required so that you can progress in your practice safely and efficiently. The focus is on improving posture through increasing flexibility and core strength.

General Classes

These classes are ideally for those who have mastered the basics and want a more challenging workout. Here you will develop your basic technique and focus on core strength, whilst having a balanced and effective total body workout.

Intermediate Classes

This is a challenging and dynamic class using classical Pilates to help build endurance, strength and stability. This flowing mat class will also incorporate various equipment such as toning circles, rollers, stretch bands and balls to keep you challenged (avoid if suffering from injury). You will leave this class feeling light, full of energy and possibly a bit taller!
