This class will improve overall fitness, strengthening and toning your entire body. After warming up you will enjoy a set of exercises targeting your upper and lower body, using bars, hand weights, bench (step) and floor mats. This energetic set of workouts will tone major muscle groups with movements such as squats, lunges and presses. You will improve your muscle strength, tone and endurance. It is suitable for all levels.
