Restorative Flow Yoga with Meditation

Restorative Flow Yoga is a Hatha based practice. Which means there is a continual flow movement. Because it is a Restorative Yoga class the flow is instructed at a slow calm pace to bring more balance to the nervous system at the end of the day. This would be described as a Yin practice of calmness. The class begins with Pranayama (breathing exercises) followed by 50 minutes of Asana (postures) then ending with relaxation and guided meditation. Vinyasa based practices are not always suitable for complete beginners, so you should always discuss this with me before participating in one of my classes.
