A challenging and intense circuit class which focuses on building strength, core stability and fitness via the key principles of movement; agility, balance and co-ordination. The class focuses just as much on technique and skill development as it does strength and fitness development, promoting sound control of your body in a fun and engaging group environment!
Typical class involves dynamic warm up including ladder work and team games, circuits consist of balance and resistance equipment and follow a high intensity work:recovery pattern throughout, while there is also a strong focus on flexibility training at the end.
While learning correct movement patterns, you will be challenged with movements you think may be easy, or think you can do, but you will learn quickly that this is a very tough class. Suitable for most – however a base level of health and fitness is recommended.
