My aim in teaching is to create awareness for my students for them to get to know body and mind to create a happy, flowing yoga practice.
To accept what is and from then work with that, concern body as well as mind.
Pia looks at everything as it is and from there deeper the Asana (posture) and a relaxed state of mind creates better, easier practice as well as happiness and joy.
The remedy is practice, practice and practice again.
Stay happy, content, joyful and calm and all will be better.
Be mindful and no judging and love yourself.
